The ARCH Tenant Group has agreed to hold this year's Annual ARCH
Tenant Conference in Bridlington on Thursday 3 October 2019.
Working with tenant representatives and officers from East Riding
of Yorkshire District Council, the ARCH Tenant Group is
currently busy planning this year's event to be held at Bridlington Spa Entertainment & Conference
Centre in the seaside town of Bridlington.
With the Government's announcement on the proposals in the
Social Housing Green Paper expected later this year there will be
lots to talk about and the Tenant Group is looking to bring in a
great line up of speakers for this year's event. The Tenant Group
will also be holding the Annual ARCH Community Champion Award
ceremony at the conference.
Attendance at the conference will be free for up to five
delegates from each ARCH member council. Bridlington has a good
range of inexpensive hotels and B&Bs if delegates wish to stay

ARCH Community Champion Award
Our 2019 Tenants' Conference will again include the ARCH
Community Champion Award.
This is a special ARCH award to recognise the dedication,
willingness, inspiration and devotion that our tenants freely give
to others and it is hoped that this can motivate others or give
them examples of things that they can do in their own
Note that the deadline for submitting entries for the Award is
Friday 30 August
The announcement of this years' winner and the presentation
will take place during the conference, which is being held on
Thursday 3 October 2019 in Bridlington.
Please note that if you are making a nomination, you must ensure
that the nominee is prepared to attend the conference.
You are eligible to apply if you are a tenant, a member of the
tenant's household or if you are contributing to the HRA.
The nominations are judged and the winner is decided by the ARCH
judging panel, based on entries received from ARCH members. The
award recognises an individual who has dedicated their time to
making a difference in their community and the lives of people
living in social housing. They don't necessarily have to be part of
a formal panel, group, committee or forum to enter.
To request an entry form please email Tina Reid email@example.com.
