ARCH Tenants' Conference 2017 19/06/2017

Supported by Birmingham City Council.

Wednesday 20 September 2017.

Birmingham.

Book your place.

In this year's ARCH Tenants' Conference, kindly hosted by Birmingham City Council, you'll get the opportunity to hear from a range of experts and inspiring speakers. It will provide you with an opportunity to raise your questions and challenge how the future of council housing will operate.

In another year of unprecedented change, the programme at this year's ARCH Tenants' Conference includes welfare reform and universal credit updates, what the HCA's Tenant Involvement and Empowerment Standard means to landlords and tenants, how to challenge unfair and unhelpful stereotyping of social housing tenants and what the new regional and central government drivers are for social housing.
