In this year's ARCH Tenants' Conference, kindly hosted by
Birmingham City Council, you'll get the opportunity to hear from a
range of experts and inspiring speakers. It will provide you
with an opportunity to raise your questions and challenge how the
future of council housing will operate.
In another year of unprecedented change, the programme at this
year's ARCH Tenants' Conference includes welfare reform and
universal credit updates, what the HCA's Tenant Involvement and
Empowerment Standard means to landlords and tenants, how to
challenge unfair and unhelpful stereotyping of social housing
tenants and what the new regional and central government drivers
are for social housing.
View the agenda.
The conference also includes the ARCH Awards in
recognition of the work undertaken by inspirational people in their
community. It's open to tenants and members of
the tenant's household.
The deadline for entries is Friday 1st
September 2017. All
nominations should be returned to Manveer Hundal at email@example.com.
ARCH members are entitled to five free places (preferably for
tenants) per organisation. Any additional places will be charged at
£100 + VAT. Please ensure you book your places before Friday 15
If you have a tenant who is part of the ARCH Tenants' Group,
this person will be in addition to your five places - please add
your representative to the booking portal.
