Complaint handling: free webinars for tenants & residents 05/11/2020 Labelled as Consultation, Scrutiny, Tenants

The Housing Ombudsman introduced a new Complaint Handling Code which came into effect from 1 September 2020 and we have previously drawn attention to the new Code through the ARCH Bulletin and the ARCH website.

 

The Housing Ombudsman has been running a series of webinars on the new Complaint Handling Code, which have proven very popular with landlords and tenants and two more webinars on 18 November and 12 December have now been added specifically for tenants and residents which may be of interest to tenant representatives, tenant panels and members of tenant and resident associations in ARCH member councils.

 

These special webinars are scheduled for 12.00pm - 1pm on Wednesday 18 November 2020 and 11-12pm on Thursday 10 December 2020.
