Seminar: new approaches to market rented housing 17/03/2014

A growing number of councils are becoming involved in letting homes for market rent, either managing properties on behalf of private landlords, or acquiring or developing their own properties for this purpose.


This seminar looked at the case for market rent and the opportunities and challenges involved.
