HouseMark's Stock Retaining Councils performance
improvement club is run in partnership with ARCH and meets three
times a year in central London.
The next meeting is on 12 September and covers a
range of topics.
ARCH's policy advisor Matthew Warburton will talk about the
latest work ARCH is doing to support councils with housing.
Dacorum BC is one of the first stock retained councils to carry
out a STAR satisfaction survey. Carolyn Leech and Jules Goodridge
will talk about their experience of doing the survey, the positive
outcomes from it and the learning outcomes.
Natalie Waters and Sam Bainbrigge will talk about how recharges
are managed at Reading BC. Recharges are difficult for stock
retained councils to manage and many different approaches are
taken, so the talk from Reading will be followed by a workshop
session where you will be able to share recharge experiences and
learning with people from other councils.
Sarah Whittle will talk through the HouseMark performance
indicator tracking results from stock retained councils for
2011/12, highlighting the key indicators and picking out the best
performers and biggest improvers in the club. Sarah will also
update you on the core benchmarking timetable for this year and
talk about our STAR benchmarking service.
Each ARCH member is entitled to send up to two delegates. To
book your place, please contact julie.morton@housemark.co.uk.
Please note that advanced booking is essential.
