In a year of unprecedented change to the social housing sector,
we've seen the government introduce measures that will have
significant impact on UK housing for the foreseeable future. This
presents huge challenges for both providers of housing and tenants.
As we move into a new phase of social housing and the changes this
brings, the conference will look at how the new Housing Act will
impact on tenants and the challenges this may present.
With confirmed speakers from the Department of
Communities and Local Government (DLCG) and
the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP),
the conference will provide an opportunity to raise your questions,
hear from experts and challenge how the future of council housing
This year there will be a special award to acknowledge the work
undertaken by tenants in their communities. Please find an entry form here.

This award is open to tenants, members of the tenant's
household or if contributions are made to the HRA.
If you're an ARCH member, you're entitled to five free
places (preferably for tenants) per organisation at the
conference. Any additional places will be charged at £100 +

organisation then this person will be in addition to your 5five
