The ARCH Community Champion Award is a special ARCH award to
recognise the dedication, willingness, inspiration and devotion
that our tenants freely give to others and it is hoped that this
can motivate others or give them examples of things that they can
do in their own community.
You are eligible to apply for the Award if you are a tenant of
an ARCH member council, a member of the tenant's household or if
you are contributing to the HRA.
The nominations are judged, and the winner is decided by the
ARCH judging panel, based on entries received from ARCH members.
The award recognises individuals or groups who have dedicated their
time to making a difference in their community and the lives of
people living in social housing. They don't necessarily have to be
part of a formal panel, group, committee or forum to enter.
The deadline for submitting entries for the Award is Friday 13 September
2019. To request an entry form please email Tina Reid tina.reid@housemark.co.uk.
The announcement of this years' winner and the presentation will
take place during the 2019 ARCH Tenant Conference, which is
being held on Thursday 3 October 2019 in Bridlington.
Could ARCH member councils please note that if you are making a
nomination, you must ensure that your nominee is prepared to attend
the Conference if shortlisted for the Award.
