HouseMark's Stock Retaining Councils performance
improvement club is run in partnership with ARCH and meets three
times a year in central London.
The next meeting is on 1 May and covers a range
of topics.
The Chartered Institute of Housing's benefits expert Sam Lister
will give an update on welfare reform and the likely impacts on
landlord councils.
ARCH's policy advisor Matthew Warburton will talk about the latest
work ARCH is doing to support councils with housing, and about the
CIH's project to develop a Repairs Charter, which will help
landlords effective responsive repairs service.
HouseMark's Sarah Whittle will talk about how you can use
HouseMark benchmarking data to improve your income management, and
Lorraine O'Brien, formerly CEO at Stevenage Homes, will speak about
the impact of the new housing authority finance regime on councils'
performance management, the increasing impact of income management
compared to other indicators and new thinking on what constitutes
value for money.
