High Rise Buildings: Safety Case Toolkit 16/02/2024 Labelled as Regulation

The Building Safety Regulator has published a Safety Case Toolkit to help officers responsible for preparing safety case reports for existing high-rise buildings. The toolkit gives examples of common situations that arise in existing buildings to help inform decisions on what steps are reasonable to manage and mitigate risk.
