Introduction of new regulatory regime for social housing: update 16/02/2024 Labelled as Regulation

In preparation for full implementation of the new regulatory regime for social housing the Regulator of Social Housing will shortly be writing to all Registered Providers with the names of their key contacts for regulatory purposes. Providers due for inspection in the first quarter of 2024/25 should also expect to be informed of this shortly. The final versions of the Consumer Standards and Code of Practice will be published on 29 February.
